Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

- You received an incorrect item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the issue.
Exchange Policy
If you selected the wrong size or variant, we offer a one-time exchange within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us — we will review your case individually and may offer store credit as a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Used or opened items outside of original packaging
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email support@faveyloon.com with your order number and clear photos
- Wait for our approval before sending anything back
- Ship the item to the provided address with a valid tracking number
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
