## Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

-   You received a damaged or defective item
-   You received an incorrect item

To be eligible, you must contact us within **15 days of delivery** and provide photo evidence of the issue.

## Exchange Policy

If you selected the wrong size or variant, we offer a **one-time exchange** within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

## Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us — we will review your case individually and may offer **store credit** as a resolution.

## Non-Returnable Items

-   Items returned without prior approval
-   Items returned after the 15-day window
-   Used or opened items outside of original packaging

## How to Request a Return or Exchange

1.  Email support@faveyloon.com with your order number and clear photos
2.  Wait for our approval before sending anything back
3.  Ship the item to the provided address with a valid tracking number

## Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be processed within **5–7 business days**.

## Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
